Terms of service
The build
We build a first draft within three working days of you confirming the details. Revisions during the build are included. Work starts once the build fee, or the first instalment of it, has been paid.
Monthly plans
Every plan includes hosting, DNS, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, your CMS and your analytics dashboards. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Unused change requests do not roll over.
Change requests
Your plan sets how many change requests you get each month. Editing your own content through the CMS is unlimited and never counts against that allowance.
Term and cancellation
If you paid for the build up front, the plan is rolling monthly and you can cancel with 30 days notice. If you spread the build, a twelve month minimum term applies. Web app projects always carry a twelve month minimum.
Your domain
You keep ownership of your domain at all times. We point the nameservers at our Cloudflare account so we can manage the records. If you leave, you change two settings and take everything with you.
Liability
We do everything reasonable to keep your site up and secure, but we cannot accept liability for losses arising from outages, third party services or content you publish yourself.
