Digital Highlight is run by Jason Parsons. Twenty years in IT services, most of it fixing things for businesses that could not afford for them to be broken.

That background shows up in the work. We are less interested in awards and more interested in whether your site loads quickly, gets found, and brings you enquiries. When something goes wrong at half past four on a Friday, you are talking to the person who built it.

Why small businesses, and why here

Because the East Midlands is full of good businesses with websites that are quietly costing them work. Slow, hard to update, invisible on Google, built by someone who stopped answering emails in 2021. That is a fixable problem and it does not need to cost thousands.

How we work

Honestly, mostly. We tell you when something is not worth paying for. We show you real numbers rather than a dashboard designed to look impressive. And we build things we would be happy to still be looking after in five years, because we probably will be.
